Cook spaghetti in water and salt. When cooked, drain in colander. Add butter and toss. Place in a Pyrex dish and set aside. In a saucepan, saute garlic and onions in oil. Add peppers, pork and beef. Season to taste and simmer. Add tomato sauce and water and continue to simmer until thick. Add oregano, sugar and hotdog. Pour on top of spaghetti and grate cheese on top.
