Snickerdoodles


Ingredients

  • 1 cup margarine
  • 1 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 tsps. baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp. cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Cream margarine and sugar. Add eggs and dry ingredients and mix well. Shape dough into 1 inch balls. Roll in mixture of cinnamon and sugar. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10-15 minutes at 350 degrees. F. These cookies puff at first, then flatten out. Yield 80 pieces.
