Banana Nut Cake


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup mashed banana
  • 1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 tbsp. chopped cashew
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Cream margarine and sugar. Add eggs and continue beating. Add mashed bananas, flour baking powder and baking soda and mix well. Place in baking pan lined with wax paper. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon and nuts on top. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 30-35 minutes or until done.
