Pinipig Crunch Drops


Ingredients

  • 1 cup margarine
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 2 cups toasted pinipig

Instructions

  1. Cream shortening and sugar. Add egss and vanilla. Add flour and soda. Fold in oatmeal and pinipig. Form into 1 inch balls and place in cookie sheet 1 inch apart. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 12-15 minutes or until light brown. Remove from sheet while still hot. Let cool. Yield 80 pcs.
