Hurry Scurry Tuna Macaroni


Ingredients

  • 1 package macaroni cut into 1 inch pcs. (250)
  • 2 tbsp. oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, pounded
  • 1/2 cup onions, minced
  • 1/2 cup red peppers, minced
  • 1 can tuna, flake style
  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • salt, pepper, vetsin to taste
  • 1 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 2 tbsp. cornstarch, dissolved in little water
  • 1/2 cup celery, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni in water and salt. When cooked, drain and set aside. Saute garlic and onions, peppers and tuna. Add water and seasoning. Add milk and cornstarch and continue to simmer until thick. Add cooked macaroni and celery. Place in Pyrex dish and grate cheese on top. Bake in oven for 15 minutes or until bubbly.
