Coffee Cake


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine
  • 1 1/4 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups sifted cake flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 tsp. strong coffe

Instructions

  1. Cream butter adding sugar gradually. Add eggs one at a time beating well after every addition. Sift flour and baking powder. Beat alternately milk and flour nto first mixture ending with flour. Pour the coffee mixture slowly on top and cut into cake mixture. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 30-35 minutes.
